- South on US 113 until you get to split at US 113 & SR 1 just North of Milford.
- Take SR 1 South towards Beaches (stay to the left) Follow Route 1 south through the beach areas to Bethany Beach, Delaware.
- As you enter Bethany Beach on Route 1, you will come to the intersection of Rt.1 south and Rt. 26. (Totem pole to your left). Make a right at this intersection onto West Rt. 26 (Garfield Parkway).
- Go 1/10th a mile and make a left on Kent Road Traffic light (Look for Green Directional Sign that says Camp Barnes) Travel 1.4 miles and make left on Double Bridges Road. (Green directional Signs that say Camp Barnes.)
- Follow for 3.3 miles and make left on Millers Neck Road. (Look for Green Camp Barnes Sign).
- Travel 4/10th of a mile and make left on Camp Barnes Road (Look for green Camp Barnes directional sign).
- Follow straight into camp.

- Leaving Camp Barnes can be confusing if you have never been there before.
- Just follow these directions in reverse As you leave Camp Barnes, whenever approaching a stop sign or fork in the road, stay to the right. This will lead you back to Route 26.
